Pilatus Remains 1stin 2018 PP Corporate Aircraft Product Support Survey, with TP Div, a constant winner for the past 17 years.
The 2018 edition of Pro Pilot’s annual survey, released this week, has revealed that Pilatus remains first in product support, based on the quality of post-purchase support provided by manufacturers. This ranking reflects the brand’s commitment to putting the client experience first and to fostering lifelong partnerships with its clientele.
For the past 28 years, Pro Pilot has sent questionnaires to corporate turbine aircraft operators, asking them to rate the quality of post-purchase support provided by their aircraft manufacturer. To qualify, turboprop manufacturers needed 25 responses for inclusion. According to the report, “Pilatus retained the division crown as they have since turboprops were split out from jets 17 years ago. Their winning score included 1stplace in spares availability, cost of parts and service satisfaction.”
