October 17, 2024 – Levaero Aviation is proud to welcome Canada’s first fully dedicated air ambulance Pilatus PC-24 into service, congratulating operator Keewatin Air, a wholly owned subsidiary of Exchange Income Corporation, on this milestone achievement.

Designed and built with Canada’s diverse geography in mind, the PC-24 can efficiently operate into unimproved runways regularly found throughout Canada’s more remote locations. The PC-24’s large dedicated cargo door and flat-floor 501-cubic-foot cabin provide unmatched versatility in the air ambulance space.

“We are proud to see an experienced air ambulance operator such as Keewatin adding the PC-24 to complement its existing PC-12 fleet. It often seems like the PC-24 was purpose-built for the diverse mission throughout Canada’s vast geography,” commented Stan Kuliavas, Levaero Aviation Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

According to Jason Kendall, Senior Vice President at Keewatin Air, “the Pilatus PC- 24 was the logical aircraft choice for us and our customers in growing our air ambulance fleet to continue supporting our remote and Indigenous clients. We thank Levaero Aviation for their help in acquiring and bringing these state of the art medevac aircraft in to service.”
